The recoater by EASYMFG is an innovative technology designed to address various challenges encountered with powder supply mechanisms in MBJ (Metal Binder Jetting) 3D printers. Some powder storage mechanisms with vibration tend to cause stratification of powders, but EASYMFG's advanced recoater can adapt well to this. This means that the majority of powders do not require special treatment; whether it is MIM (Metal Injection Molding) powders or powders with high sphericity, EASYMFG's recoater can achieve successful printing.

Compared to other manufacturers' powder handling methods, EASYMFG's recoater can achieve high-density, smooth-surfaced thin powder layers.
